How can I return a product if it's the wrong item?Updated 9 months ago
Change of Mind:
If you have purchased the wrong item, we will facilitate an exchange, given the product is returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days. The return must be at your expense. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage costs. Please complete the returns process above.
How to Submit a Return
To make a return, simply follow these steps:
- Sign into your Customer Profile: Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to 'Orders': Navigate to the 'Orders' section in your account.
- Select the Relevant Order: Find and click the order number that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
- Initiate the Return: On the top right-hand of the screen, you'll see a 'Returns' button. Click on it to open the return process.
- Select Item(s) to Return: Choose the item(s) you want to return from the list.
Follow these steps, and your return request will be submitted for review. We will notify you once it has been processed.
